Founded in 2022, Property Development Hub grew from over 20 years of experience in properties. Its founder's Peter Sevcovs journey started in boutique Estate Agency in Fulham, when managing over 200 properties, he grew his own portfolio of single buy-to-lets while adding international properties to his portfolio.
In the past five years Peter was involved into HMO management and refurbishment for a small independent company in North London through impressive integrity and a commitment to delivering results with the highest quality standards.
In the process Peter has surrounded himself with a professional team that works closely with both investors and landowners in order to come up with results that exceed expectations. As a consequences, Property Business Hub has been born to match land owners and developers with the best possible opportunities through straight sale, rent, management or a Joined Venture.
